SDEN exists to close that gap. We are an engineering-led partner where the same senior people who scope the project write the code, secure the system, and operate it through launch. SDEN says yes to substantial software projects with an accountable decision-maker on the client side: products, platforms, integrations, audits, rebuilds. We say no to staff augmentation, to body-shopping, to engagements where the technical sponsor on the client side cannot make a call without escalating three layers up, and to projects whose primary requirement is to produce slides for a board.
