01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to function and to recognize your device on subsequent visits.
02Our approach to cookies
SDEN keeps its use of cookies to a strict minimum. Strictly necessary storage (your display preference and your cookie choices) is always active; it is saved locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.
Analytics and marketing cookies only load after you accept them through the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
03Analytics cookies
When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Ltd) and PostHog (US region) to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools set first-party cookies (typically _ga, _ga_*, ph_*) to measure traffic, funnels and session replay. Retention: up to 14 months for GA4, up to 12 months for PostHog.
04Marketing cookies
When enabled, advertising tags are delivered through Google Tag Manager, currently Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and to enable retargeting. These vendors set cookies that may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Retention is governed by each vendor's policy (typically 90 days to 13 months).
05Third-party cookies
Embedded Cal.com (for booking) may set its own cookies on its domain when you interact with the booking widget. These are governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
06Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and local storage at any time. Doing so may reset your display preference but will not prevent the website from working.
07Changes
This cookie policy may be updated to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. The current version is always the one published on this page.
