Acceptable use policy
What you may not do with the SDEN website, the AI tools, and anything you buy from us.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses sden.ai and its subdomains, the free AI tools, an account, a course, or anything else we sell. It forms part of our terms of service, and breaking it is a breach of those terms.
It also applies to anyone you let use your account or your licence. You are responsible for what they do with it.
The rules
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to harm anyone.
Do not misrepresent who you are or who you act for, impersonate another person or organisation, or use a false identity to open an account.
Do not upload, generate or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of anyone, or that infringes intellectual property or a duty of confidence.
Do not submit personal data about other people that you have no lawful basis to share with us, and no special category data (health, biometrics, and the rest) unless we have agreed it in writing for an engagement.
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to build or enrich a list for that purpose.
Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the service to a third party as if it were your own, and do not share a single-user licence across an organisation.
Using the AI features
Do not use our AI features to generate material designed to deceive, to produce malware or exploit code, to build profiles of individuals without a lawful basis, or to make automated decisions about people that have a legal or similarly significant effect on them without human review.
Do not use output from our tools to train, fine-tune or benchmark a competing model or service.
Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or the configuration behind a tool, and do not use prompt injection to make a tool ignore its instructions.
Do not present unreviewed AI output as professional advice to someone who will rely on it. Our terms explain why.
Security testing
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, and do not attempt to breach authentication or access controls, unless we have agreed the scope with you in writing beforehand.
We welcome good-faith security research. Write to security@sden.ai first, agree a scope, and we will not pursue you for testing inside it. Testing outside an agreed scope is not covered.
Never use a real customer's data, a denial of service, social engineering against our staff, or physical access as part of a test.
Automated access
You may crawl what our robots file permits, at a rate that does not degrade the service for anyone else. Identify your crawler honestly with a user agent that lets us contact you.
Do not circumvent rate limits, bot protection, paywalls or access controls, and do not run automated agents against an account that is not yours.
Bulk extraction of our content for republication or for training a model is not permitted.
Fair use of the free tools
The free AI tools are offered without a service level. We apply rate limits and usage limits so they stay available.
If your usage degrades the service for others, or looks like an attempt to resell the tool, we may throttle it or withdraw access. Where it is reasonable we will contact you first.
What happens if this is broken
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may warn you, throttle you, suspend or close your account, remove content, refuse a refund, or report the matter to the authorities. Serious cases get no warning.
Where we suspend an account we will tell you why, unless telling you would prejudice an investigation or we are legally prevented from doing so. You can ask us to look again by writing to info@sden.ai.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse of the service, write to info@sden.ai. To report a security vulnerability, write to security@sden.ai and we will answer within one business day.
